ABSA's Internet customers unimpressed

ABSA's free Internet offer to non-clients ended on 1 June, but this deadline has been extended to the end of June, as many people who hold Absa accounts have been locked out of the system. Many people failed to read e-mail messages warning them about the change. The call centre has employed 37 more staff and is hiring another 50.
