Main purpose of the job:The mid-weight digital media strategist will develop and implement digital media strategies to drive client success. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and campaign optimisation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating and managing digital media campaigns, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Main responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets.
- Manage and optimise digital media campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, display, and programmatic.
- Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis to inform strategy and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and content.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations, reports, and performance insights to clients.
- Stay current with digital media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
Key competencies/skills:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
- [3-5] years of experience in digital media planning and strategy, with a strong track record of successful campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic tools).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies is a plus.
