The shelf-appeal and cost competitiveness of new packaging developed by Nampak Cartons & Labels for Massams Confectionary is helping drive local and overseas demand for the company's range of hand-wrapped nougat. Massams currently produces several tons of Honey & Almond and Almond Cherry nougat a month, half of which is destined for international markets. Given the discerning, exclusive nature of the product, as well as the proliferation of competitors, Massams required eye-catching wrappers for the actual nougat pieces and cartons for gift and display purposes.
