Sustainable Living

The HOMEMAKERS Sustainable Living feature will spotlight “going green” - a holistic look at how we can take a phased approach to living more responsibly.

This feature will allow you to explore the world of electric cars, power batteries, giant vegetables and drinking pure sunlight!

Join us at our Sustainable Living area where we will educate you on basic elements that will help you reach a status of sustainable prosperity where food, water and energy is something you make in your back yard!

Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency (ECPTA)

Local is lekker! Need some exciting staycation ideas? Then a visit to the ECPTA emporium is a must. Not only will you discover some local gems but you stand a chance to win incredible prizes, from a romantic evening to high-intensity getaways.

Big kitchen appliance giveaway

This year’s Port Elizabeth HOMEMAKERS Expo together with Bosch and Kloppers are giving away high-end Bosch appliances to the value of R50,000! Expo visitors stand a chance to win state-of-the-art products such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, food processors, an oven and so much more! CSI - Isivuno training

Each year HOMEMAKERS invite a local charity to exhibit at the expo as part of our corporate social investment drive. This year it’s all about Training Trainers - Isivuno provides training and curriculum to preschool teachers working particularly in rural or disadvantaged areas.

Foodies will not be disappointed with this year’s offering! Come in and indulge in the exquisite selection of foods and deli delights exclusive to the HOMEMAKERS Expo.

Design Inspiration presented by the IID

The IID, African Institute of the Interior Design Professions, is dedicated to establishing, promoting and maintaining expertise, professionalism, sound business practice and high standard throughout the industry.

This year, the IID is bringing Port Elizabeth’s best design talent together on the HOMEMAKERS floor.
