Stokvel nominated for Golden Rose

Penguin Films's popular sitcom, Stokvel, currently screening on SABC2, has been nominated for the Golden Rose (Rose d'Or) Festival in Switzerland, taking place 13-18 April 2004. In 2000 another Penguin Films production, Madam & Eve, won second place.
