Condé Nast and Condé Nast International to merge

The Business of Fashion reports that Condé Nast and Condé Nast International will combine; resulting in the companies to no longer be independent.

Condé Nast and Condé Nast International will be overseen by a global chief executive after Bob Sauerberg announced that he will step down as chief executive.
