SADC judges conference set to kick off in ZimbabweThe Southern African Development Community (SADC) chief justices conference is set to kick off in Zimbabwe on Wednesday, a report says... ![]() According to the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation, some of the delegates were already in Victoria Falls, where the conference is scheduled to take place. The conference, which is expected to draw delegates from chief justices in the region, will also have participants from Kenya and Uganda, the report said. The conference is supported by the Africa Regional Programme of the International Commission of Jurists. The chief justices will seek to examine how jurisdictions in the region have used innovations to enhance fair trial rights in their countries, Radio VOA reported.
