Neil Piper joins CAR magazine

CAR magazine has announced the appointment of Neil Piper as National Business Manager, with effect from 1 April.

Piper joins Ramsay, Son & Parker's flagship title after serving as publisher of sister publication Popular Mechanics since its launch in 2002.
