Upstream Advertising sets up a Strategic Innovation Programme
Following a period of unprecedented growth Upstream Advertising has decided to set up a Strategic Innovation Program (SIP) within their Group. This program will be run using some of their current resources as well as partnering with Deloitte, with the objective of entering into new markets and starting new businesses.
Lenerd Louw, previously Director of Advertising, has been appointed as the project process leader for the SIP and will take up this position early next year. Lenerd will continue to be part of Upstream and their broader marketing efforts but will concentrate on the deliverability required from the SIP.
Lenerd's replacement, Anthea Abrahams, has been appointed and is already on board. To ensure a smooth transition, a two to three month handover period of Lenerd's responsibilities to Anthea is expected.
