Elke Margarete Menz has been appointed director of sales and marketing of Arabella South Africa based in Cape Town. Her portfolio includes this hospitality and leisure group's five-star Western Cape Hotel & Spa, on the Arabella Country Estate near Kleinmond, the ArabellaSheraton Grand Hotel Cape Town, now under construction; the Paulaner Brauhaus microbrewery and restaurant in the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town; and the Blaauklippen Wine Estate, near Stellenbosch.
