Inroads Advertising adjusts for Cell C
In recognition of the importance of attention to detail and excellent client service, Inroads Advertising has created a separate in-house team to solely handle its newest account, Cell C retail, effective 1st July.
Tumelo Maelane, who has been with the agency for over three years, has been promoted to head up the team, while Bridgette van As, has been appointed as account director. Jae Britts, also with Inroads for a while, assumes the position of creative director on the account.
About six account handling staff members have been appointed to complement the team, while the rest of the agency staff members continue to service existing clients such as Anglo American, Revlon SA, Shosholoza Meyl, NBC, EDI Holdings, the dti and many more.
Makhaola Mohanoe, co-founder and MD of Inroads, is adamant that the adjustment will allow the agency to offer all its clients the necessary attention.
"We recognise that with growth comes change. The adjustment is therefore necessary and is meant to ensure continued seamless relationships with all our clients."
