Galia Kerbel appointed COO at Marcus Brewster Publicity

Galia Kerbel has joined Marcus Brewster Publicity this month in the capacity of Chief Operations Officer.

Most recently an Account Manager on various Guinness UDV and Coca-Cola Group brands at Orrey, Rightford, Drysdale Advertising, Kerbel was previously Marketing and Promotions Manager at Shape Magazine and, before that, Event Manager at SLY Media. Kerbel has also amassed significant experience in marketing, sponsorship and publicity.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Brewster said that a strong COO would untap potential in both the Gauteng and Cape Town bureaus leading to significant business growth and prominent client acquisitions. "The agency is entering a new life cycle and Galia has the challenge of ensuring that we are firing on all cylinders including client service systems and new business development."

Kerbel will be dividing her time between the Cape and Johannesburg offices of Marcus Brewster Publicity.
