Parmalat SA receives green light for acquisition
The Competition Commission has unconditionally approved the acquisition by Parmalat SA of the Simonsberg/Melrose Cheese Business of Unilever Bestfoods Robertsons. The acquisition came into effect on 3 November 2003.
