DStv's Animal Planet, dedicated exclusively to the relationship between human beings and animals, is set to go commercial in May 2004 and will be broadcast 24/7 on Channel 67. Oracle Airtime Sales' research to date indicates that the channel enjoys an average rating of 0.5 ARs against DStv Adults. The gender split amongst audiences is 50/50.
