'Special K' leaves GHFM

After 2,5 years as newsreader on Good Hope FM, Karen Melville "Special K" is leaving the station effective end-November. Karen, who has been with the SABC for 10 years in various guises as journalist, producer and presenter for Television and Radio, will be pursuing her own interests and has formed a company specialising in corporate media training. She also plans to devote more time to her family. "Lucky us," said her husband Brent, drily.
