The Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa (ASA) has ruled in favour of Talk Radio 702 following a complaint by SABC's SAfm on the use of the regional station's payoff line. SAFM argued that the use of 'Joburg's No.1 News and Information Station' by 702 imitates and infringes on the goodwill of their payoff line - 'South Africa's News and Information Leader'.
