F1 racing shifts away from tobacco sponsorship
In what could be seen as the ultimate move away from tobacco sponsorship, Formula One team BMW Williams has signed a deal with the makers of NiQuitin CQ, a drug designed to help people give up smoking. The European Union's total ban on tobacco advertising is expected to come into force by 2005.
