Caxton and Carpe Diem Media have announced that Caxton has purchased a strategic shareholding in Carpe Diem, publisher of Lifestyle and Christian magazines and books. The magazine titles are Finesse, Soul and Maksiman and Caxton will be transferring its title Joy! to Carpe Diem.
