Yahoo lauded and MSN damned by ad industry panel
The Advertising Age survey placed Yahoo! first and MSN last in all seven categories: understanding of the ad business, ability to customize ads, flexibility, willingness to negotiate, responsiveness, improvement and overall average score.
The panel consisted of O&M, Avenue A, BBDO, Media Edge, Modem Media, Tribal DDB and Starcom MediaVest.
