De Beers to launch major Q4 overseas marketing campaign
The marketing arm of the De Beers Group, the Diamond Trading Company (DTC), which controls two-thirds of the world's rough diamond supplies, will be launching an agressive marketing campaign, called Operation Rudolph, in the US and western Europe in the fourth quarter of this year. According to De Beers, 43% of all sales occur in the fourth quarter.
