Goldleaf warns of legal action

ICASA is busy adjudicating the bids of Goldleaf and Optis for the second national operator license. Talk is that both may be disqualified for not having the cash or the experience to compete against Telkom. Goldleaf has warned that they may take legal action if disqualified and believes that their bid complied with the invitation to apply.
