Health warnings on alcoholic drinks imminent

Health Minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang said on Monday that she would be making an announcement in the near future about placing health warnings on bottles and cans of alcoholic drinks. She said that recent figures showed that victims in more than 50 percent of homicides in South Africa had raised alcohol levels.
