Off The Wall advertising is to bring out "Commuter World" on 30 September. The monthly newspaper is targeted at commuters arriving and departing from taxi and train stations throughout Johannesburg and Pretoria, thus reaching a mass market for advertising and information purposes. There will be a 20 000 copy, 16 pager print run of the September issue. Heading up the newspaper is creative director Gregg Van Wyk.
