Canal Walk shopping centre in Cape Town is introducing a world first - an incentive programme wherein shoppers earn iCash redeemable at all participating shops in the centre. The aim is to have at least 70% of the centre's shops taking part in the Incenta Rewards system in the next six months. Outlets would reward shoppers with iCash to the value of between 5% and 20% of the purchase price. The iCash can be accumulated and used to buy products at any of the participating shops.
