Gallagher goes Halaal

Gallagher Estate is currently completing implementation of an NIHT Certified facility on-site that will be utilised exclusively for Halaal catering at the conference and exhibition centre. Muslim guests can now enjoy the same menu selection as other guests at the same banquet - their meals will be prepared on-site, separately in the Halaal kitchen and marked as Halaal certified before being served.
