Dunking a single-serve
Growth in the local tourism industry has led to the development of a new single-serve pack for the coffee time snack Ouma Rusks. The Nola marketing department identified the need for individually-wrapped rusks, packed in boxes, which are now being marketed to bed and breakfast establishments, guest houses, hotels, game lodges, restaurants, airport lounges and similar channels. This innovation is in line with the latest trends, which show consumers' preference for receiving their favourite brands in 'bite size' chunks.
