Black-owned investment holding company SK Media Investments has acquired a 90% stake in sponsorship research company Sponsor Statistik. New chairman Sandile Koza and Annalie Watt join the board of Sponsor Statistik with immediate effect and Rick Barker, who established Sponsor Statistik seven years ago, will remain as managing director.
