BTFM applies for special broadcasting licence

Border Technikon's campus radio station, BTFM, has applied to ICASA, the Independent Communications Authority, for a permit to broadcast live around Buffalo City in October, their birthday month. The special licence will enable BTFM to broadcast 12 to 18 hours on weekdays and also be on air over weekends.
