KZNFC set to host discussion on the state of film in Africa post Covid-19
The KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission (KZNFC) is set to host a round table discussion on the state of film in Africa post covid-19. The discussion will take place virtually on Monday, 31 May in two sessions (from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm) and will be streamed live on the KZN Film Commission's YouTube Channel.
The panellists include Azza Elhosseiny (film director and culture activist), Chioma Ude (founder and executive director of Africa International Film Festival), Jackie Motsepe (COO of the KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission) and Prince Waa Musi (senior audio-visual consultant, film-maker/critic from Cameroon), while cultural consultant Russel Hlongwane will moderate both sessions.
