SANEF CT council meeting to tackle local elections, media freedom issues

Public protector Thuli Madonsela will be the keynote speaker at the South African National Editors' Forum (SANEF) Cape Town council meeting dinner on Saturday, 12 February 2011, in Cape Town. Chief electoral officer Pansy Tlakula will be among the speakers who will discuss local government elections and media freedom issues.
