ECR, Jacaranda FM, LottoStar partner to offer lockdown financial relief
Kagiso Media radio stations Jacaranda FM and East Coast Radio (ECR) have partnered with LottoStar to offer 100 families struggling through the national lockdown period their share of R1 million. This is in an attempt to alleviate financial pressure among families affected by the lockdown and offer them much-needed relief.
Listeners on both radio stations will be able to nominate a family having financial problems due to the lockdown from Friday 3 April, and they could receive a financial boost. The campaign will run on East Coast Radio's Big Favour and Jacaranda FM's Good Morning Angels for two weeks from Monday, 6 April.
"We know the entire country is impacted by this pandemic, and we know that as a leader in the community, it is our duty to take charge and help where we can," programming manager for Jacaranda FM Hennie Myburgh says.
