Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway to sell media companies
Adweek reports that Warren Buffett's holding company, Berkshire Hathaway, has indicated its plan to sell BH Media Group, BGMG and its collection of 30 daily newspapers. The multinational conglomerate will sell its media collection to Lee Enterprises, a publicly-traded media company, for $140m in cash.
The sale will include publications like The Press of Atlantic City in New Jersey, The Buffalo News in New York and the Omaha World-Herald.
