In news this week: Canon launches filmmaking clubs in Kenyan schools; the Malawian government drafts an 'E-bill' with an objective to set up a responsive ICT legal framework that shall facilitate competition, development of ICT and the participation of the country in the information age and economy. Nokia in partnership with Co-creation Hub in Nigeria have launched an academy program called 'Nokia/CCHub Growth Academy' which is aimed at accelerating mobile software companies in growing their companies on regional and international levels.
