Brand building is about copywriters

According to Chemory Gunko, internet brand building is about copywriters. She says that when bots search the internet, they search the words, letters, numbers and instructions that make up the DNA of your document. Words hidden in the copywriting will therefore be found. Words hidden in pictures will not.

The winners of the 2013 Africa Awards for Entrepreneurship have been announced with an impressive mix of companies from four African countries with business operations in economic sectors including manufacturing, technology, FMCG, agriculture, automotive and social development. Congratulations to all the winners!

On the tech front, Albie Bester writes that traditionally, Africa lags the rest of the world in the adoption of new technology. He says in the case of cloud computing it is not much different, but it is expected that Africa will catch up much quicker than is the case with other technologies.
