AFRICA Celebrating water and dreams at the 10th Zanzibar Film Festival The 10th annual Zanzibar International Film Festival (ZIFF), a multi-disciplinary art and cultural showcase, kicks off its 'Celebration of Waters and Dreams' on Friday, 29 June.
