Entries open for Stevie Award for Women in Business

NEW YORK, US: The 8th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business entries are now open. These particular awards recognise women with innovative frames of mind, who have excelled in their line of business.

"These awards recognise the achievements of women that make a difference in the business society. All women worldwide who are entrepreneurs, executives who run and own their own businesses are encouraged to enter," says the Michael Gallagher CEO Stevie Awards.

The awards are governed by a board of judges and advisors that feature many leading women entrepreneurs and luminaries in Business.

There are over 50 categories such as Best Executive, Employer of the year, Mentor of the year, the list goes on. The final entries need to be submitted on 31 August 2011 and the date for late entries submission is 30 September 2011 with a fee of US$35*.

Women in the business are encouraged to enter these awards as they are a great platform for them to showcase their talents and achievements.

Winners will receive their awards at a dinner that will be hosted at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on 11 November 2011.
