Freedom! Al-Jazeera TV journos pardonedThe world is rejoicing over the news that Egypt's Sisi pardoned 100 prisoners earlier today, including the al-Jazeera TV journalists Canadian Mohamed Fahmy, Egyptian Baher Mohamed and Australian Peter Greste... ![]() A spokesperson for the Canadian government said that Canada was pleased with the pardon and it would help arrange Fahmy's departure from Egypt, reports Reuters.
