    Future of Enterprise Networking

    Tuesday 13 November, 2 PM
    Major corporations worldwide employ Hughes satellite broadband technology for a wide range of mission-critical applications. This workshop will present documented case studies across several vertical sectors, including financial, lottery/gaming and retail.

    Ka-Band Revolution

    Tuesday 13 November, 4 PM
    One of the most important trends in the satellite industry is the development of Ka-band networks. This workshop will cover Ka-band technology issues including rain fade mitigation, how Ka-band enables high network capacity, and Ka-band ground system architectures. Attend this workshop to understand what Ka-band means for the satellite industry.

    Satellite Backhaul for Cellular Services

    A key challenge for cellular service providers is how to extend cost-effective services to rural and hard-to-serve areas. This workshop will explore the capabilities and advantages of latest generation satellite backhaul solutions, including trade-offs of SCPC versus TDMA, service quality, and optimizing cost-benefits designed into a satellite-based solution.
