uAfrica to expand further into Africa
In partnership with MTN, South African e-commerce technology company, uAfrica, has announced the first phase of its expansion plan into Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda with key business partners reportedly established in these countries.

uAfrica provides multi-channel cloud based e-commerce services to SMEs across Africa and has been operating in the e-commerce space since 2004.
The first phase will see the company expand to Nigeria with a trial Proof of Concept (POC) partnership with MTN Business customers who will be able to develop their own online shops through uAfrica.com.
According to reports, earlier this year, uAfrica secured $1.5m funding from bidorbuy.co.za and Andy Higgins, MD of uAfrica.
