Zain wins coveted brand award
Middle East and Africa mobile network provide, Zain, said it was confident that unifying all emerging market operations under one global identity would prove successful.
CEO of Zain Group, Dr Saad Al Barrak said this upon receipt of an award at the 2009 Sabre Awards in Stockholm for Best Corporate Image.
Says Al Barrak: “We re-branded our African operations to Zain to bring together our African and Middle East operations under one global identity. This acknowledgment rewards and recognises the dedicated efforts of our entire 16,000 workforce who made the re-branding such a success.”
