SuperSport will have exclusive rights for the Dublin Super Cup in South Africa and a further 50 territories across sub-Sahara Africa from the inaugural 2011 tournament through to 2013.

The deal with SuperSport follows the recent announcements that Endemol Sport has entered into three-year partnerships for The Dublin Super Cup with Sky Sports in the UK and Ireland and with Fox Soccer for North America and the Caribbean.

Endemol Sport is also finalising agreements with broadcasters around the world, which will see live coverage of the inaugural 2011 Dublin Super Cup broadcast in over 130 territories across Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa and the Americas.

Third major international partnership

Gregg Oldfield, MD of Endemol Sport comments: "We are proud to be partnering with a leading broadcaster like SuperSport to bring the Dublin Super Cup to soccer fans across Africa for the next three years. This is the third major international partnership we've recently announced for the tournament, further underlining the global scale of this event."

The inaugural Dublin Super Cup is being staged at the Aviva Stadium on 30-31 July Bank Holiday weekend. The launch of the annual Dublin Super Cup tournament follows a ten year deal struck in 2010 between Endemol Sport and The Football Association of Ireland (FAI).

Endemol Sport is working with sports agency Iconic to manage, operate and produce the tournament as well as managing all commercial rights including media across all platforms internationally.
