Joburg hosts Face of Africa auditions
Entries are open to all female citizens of sub-Saharan countries between the ages of 17 and 24. The minimum height requirement is 1.72m, the maximum hip measurement is 96cm and entrants should not have an existing modeling contract.
Country finalists will be selected during the country casting process and those selected will head off to Model Boot Camp, where the Top 10 will be selected. Those 10 prospective supermodels will then head to the M-Net Face of Africa finale in Nigeria in February 2010.
The casting venue in Johannesburg is at O Model Africa, 1st Floor, Shine Studios, corner Henri and Smit Street, Braamfontein from 9am.
The expanded M-Net Face of Africa model search will be broadcast on M-Net Series in 17 episodes from the first week of November 2009.
