2009 International Business Awards call for entries
The International Business Awards is a global, independent business awards programme. Entries are open to all organisations worldwide including public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
The entry deadline is 15 May. Late entries will be accepted till 12 June, and results will be announced in late June. Entry details are available at www.stevieawards.com/iba.
Entries may be submitted in more than 40 categories including Multinational Company of the Year, Management Team of the Year and Best New Product of the Year. The IBAs also feature scores of categories for media such as websites, advertising campaigns, brochures and annual reports, and live events such as sales meetings. “In challenging economic times like these, there isn't a more cost-effective way to reward and honour your valued employees than to nominate them for a Stevie Award,” said Stevies president Michael Gallagher. “And there isn't a more cost-effective way to build or burnish your organisation's brand than to win one.”
The 5th Annual International Business Awards were presented last September in Dublin, Ireland to organisations from 40 countries including Accenture, BT Group, Canada Post, IndianOil, INSEAD, LANXESS AG, PLEON Europe, Samsung Electronics, and Weber Shandwick, among others. Executives from 29 countries attended the event. Sir Richard Branson, chairman of Virgin Group Ltd., received a Lifetime Achievement Stevie Award, joining Donald Trump as the only recipients of the award.
