LTE Africa: Call for papers
With mobile subscriptions set to reach 1.13 billion by 2017, LTE will play a crucial role in this huge growth market so now is the time to set LTE strategies in Africa. Building upon the huge growth potential of 4G in Africa, the LTE World Series is launching Africa's first dedicated LTE event - LTE Africa on 16-17 July 2013 in South Africa. The conference is now calling on papers.

LTE is rapidly gaining momentum in Africa and is set to drive broadband penetration in the world's fastest growing internet market. LTE Africa 2013 will be the premier forum for African operators to meet, learn, and form crucial business partnerships and for attendees to analyse the impact of future spectrum announcements and devices for these bands, as well as what is needed in order to stay ahead of the game.
The data market in Africa is forecast to see double-digit growth, and as competition intensifies amongst operators on the continent it has never been more important to be ahead.
The two-day conference focuses on the most pressing issues facing LTE uptake in Africa.
