ACEC2014 early bird special ends 30 September
Hosted by Arterial Network and Association Racines/Arterial Network Morocco, the 4th ACEC will take place in Rabat at the National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco, from 13-15 November 2014. The ACEC 2014 will be preceded by Arterial Network's General Council (10-11 November), where Arterial Network members address national and regional programmes.
ACEC 2014 will highlight best practices in cultural entrepreneurship and explore the way in which arts and culture contribute to sustainable development and democracy.
Speakers
A rich variety of high-level speakers and cultural entrepreneurs will address the conference: Arterial Network members, government officials, African Union and UNESCO policy makers, international economists, leading academics, representatives of international development organisations and disciplinary agencies.
