African model and talent search now online

GemVote.com offers the opportunity for talented guys and girls to upload pictures and information of themselves onto the site where their profiles will be linked to star makers in New York and Los Angeles.

Perkins, a talent scout has been in the industry for over 20 years and is regarded as one of the best model scouts in the fashion business, and has scouted for modelling agencies, including Ford Models, Next Models and Vision Model Management.
