Call for papers for 2009 IABC Africa Region Conference

The IABC is calling for speakers willing to share best practice, case studies, local and international trends and their experience with delegates at the 2009 IABC Africa Region Conference. The event will be held 8 - 9 October 2009 at Kiewits Kroon, Gauteng, South Africa.

The theme for 2009 is "Right Message. Right Audience. Right Medium." The programme comprises of local and international communication experts presenting on relevant topics to delegates who range from senior corporate communicators and consultants to freelancers and university students. Practical information is shared that can be applied in the work environment.

Engaging stakeholders - employees, customers, government, shareholders, communities etc.

The best methods for the project

To propose a paper for this year's conference, send a 500 word abstract or summary of the paper you would like to present to by 31 April, 2009. The conference committee will consider submissions and advise of their decision by end of May 2009.
