Ousted President of Egypt (@MuhammadMorsi) takes first place with 1,621,715 followers, the former Prime Minister of Egypt (@KandilHesham) takes third place with 221,793 followers, and the Cabinet of Egypt (@Cabinet_EG) takes the fifth spot with 156,440 followers.
