New development director at sub-Saharan Africa: Aegis Media

Over the last five years, Aegis Media has acquired 100% in Full Circle Media (FCM). Fraser joined Aegis Media from FCM where he was a shareholder and grew the business over seven years. FCM has had extensive experience across Africa on a number of clients.
