Wolda '09 judges announced
The three-tier jury comprises ten design professionals selected by Icograda, ten marketing managers representing
international clients selected by Aquent and ten members of the public, representing the target market of consumers, selected by Consumers International.
The judging mechanism aims to reflect the actual process that turns a logo idea into a successful logo: the designers decide what to present to the clients, the clients decide what to present to the public, and the public decides if a brand is successful.
The printed annual is a hard bound volume, printed on SAPPI papers by Fontegrafica.
Wolda is endorsed by over 100 international design associations and schools. It is also supported by media partners including 2+3D, abcDesign, ArabAd, Design 360°, Design Dump, Dexigner, Digital Thread, Étapes: International, FWA, Grafik Tasarim, Identity, IdN, KAK, NetDriver, Novum, Package and Design, Taxi, Typo and Zupi.
Wolda '09 is now accepting entries of logos designed both in 2008 and 2009. The entry fee includes a copy of the Wolda ‘09 printed annual (delivery costs inclusive) for every participant.
Deadline for entries is 31 January 2010.
